PgDip Integrative Psychotherapy

Hi, I’m Matt. I live and work in Skipton, North Yorkshire. I have worked with a diverse range of clients each with unique challenges and lived experience. Often our greatest challenge is how we integrate ourselves into our relationship with others. Life has a nasty habit of testing our resilience to events that can sometimes feel unbearable.

Anxiety, depression and uncertainty are often natural reactions to life events and relationship traumas that can leave us feeling ‘stuck’, isolated, deeply hurt or disillusioned. Clients who come to counselling often want circumstances, relationships, or feelings in their life to change. With support and unconditional validation of their own ‘story’, people can overcome remarkable odds to find a way of living that is true to themselves. I work together with you to find a way forward that respects your values and beliefs, and supports your desire for meaningful change.
